on the 1st of June Nabila and Chris took the plane from Mexico,  Distination ==> Tunisia ==>Bizert ==> Sfax

They got To the airport of Carthage late , they were welcomed by a friend of mine and they spent the night and the following day in Bizert.
later , on the 3rd of June they got to Sfax
and we were waiting for them in the train station

we welcomed them

and later on we showed them around and then we took them  to the  NGO so they can have a clear Idea about what
they are going to do in the upcoming days

then we showed them some places around sfax we took them to the Medina café

to Golden park , to the french house ....

Starting from the following day we start going to the NGO every morning to show them the way and to provide them with a good transportation
On the 6 of June Cecy joined us late at night when she got to The airport of Tunisia she took a Cap and went Directly to the train station and got to sfax around 10pm i went with my dad to Welcome her and pick her up . in the following day she meet up with Chris and Nabila in the NGO and after finishing the work in the NGO we went for a walk

We walked around the down town and then back to the trainee house.

2 days later we had the Birthday of Christopher

"Happy birthday Chris"

I hope that you liked the surprise as well as the gifts

Back to the work with NGO

Thank you Nabila , Cecy and Chris for drawing smiles on their faces

A very touching moments for Cecy on her first day in the NGO ,
Cecy was so happy when a disabled girl understood her when she said to her that she like her (even thou that girl don't speak english she understood Cecy ) it was a delightful moment .

after a week of hard work in the NGOs Both UTAIM amal and UTAIM raed bjaoui
we had the open doors day , with the ACT with Mrs Elizeth Lima and later on the Berber catwalk

Open doors day and catwalk  was a project called
"Karama : dignité jusqu'au bout des doigts"

(which means: Dignity to the fingertips)

It was a  A creative partnership for valuing people with special needs in the field of the traditional Berber  clothing
the clothes were designed and created by them
A big up for there talent

and a big thanks to Miss Hajer Elgaied

and to Mrs Elizeth Lima

It was an amazing day and our trainees had a lot of fun .
Our dear Cecy met up with Other Brazilian who  lives here and she was happy to talk with people from her home country and to talk Portuguese

Some Photos during the catwalk

The following day we had a party in UTAIM amal for the Kids
in order to draw more smiles on there faces

Hand in hand , together for a better future

" the world is big enough for everyone "

(le monde et assez grand pour tout le monde)

Thanks to all those who stood by our side when we needed them

Big thanks for UTAIM raed Bejaoui  for UTAIM amal
and for the ACT

All about Tu'Lds ? no , what happened in Tu'Lds stays in Tu'Lds

I never thought i'll be able to make it , i did the impossible to be there
i made it in the last moment

me with the company of Huda and Marwa in the train

Tu'Lds is not just a seminar , Tu'Lds is an amazing opportunity to see your old friends ,to meet new ones , to work hard and to party harder .
It feels like it's all about this seminar , fortunately i made it in the second day

Just got to Tunis , waiting for the Bus to take us to Bizert "Jalta club"
As soon as  we get there we did our check in
and guess what?
i checked in with two amazing trainees Maya and Melissa

After checking in ,  the surprises just started , i've seen my Algerian bro Coyot "Mohamed rahmani "

then my dear Amine Mizouri from LC hadrumet

and so on ...
after that we had the MC café
and the waiters are ....

the MC & the FACIs themselves
Such amazing waiters that you'll never see anywhere else

Later on that night

I spent My first night with Marcella , Fawez, Bilel et Imrane in the "Moorish café"
(my first night suppose to be the second night for those who went to the conference from the start  )

the following day was  the " external day  "
where two of the Partners of  AIESEC in Tunisia
held two sessions each one lasted for like 3 hours

Cepex session
and workshops

thanks guys , this workshop wasn't really my cup of tea , i wasn't really in  but it was inspiring and delightful  to see the ideas of  my fellow AIESEC'ers , it was the beginning of the path for me to get interested in the Cepex thing in particular and in the IT in general

The chair & the FACIs during the workshops of Cepex

then we had the AMIDEAST session & workshops
it was like brainstorming with the team than sharing our ideas with  the whole plenary

 Later on ...
we had a break of two hours

 we found out that the
the previous MCP (President of AIESEC in Tunisia for the term 2009/2010) has joined us
in the last night of the conference

the guys had the chance to play soccer together
and the girls had enough time to prepare themselves for the official Dinner

the Algerian delegation with the company of me and Fawez
enjoying the Official Dinner

After the official diner , time to take photos with some unforgettable people

Later on that night we had the international reports and talent show

then i spent the rest of the night with the company of many amazing people in the " Moorish café " as well

in the last day of the conference i wasn't able to stay for the sessions
since i have to leave Bizert early to get back home in time
but  at least i witnessed the punishment

roll call in the sea

to sum up , i spent 48 amazing hours with  the company of awesome people
it's inspiring and delighting
i'll never forget those great moments that i spent with  the company of the Algerian delegation
as well as with the Italian delegation and everyone else ...

but as i said in the beginning "what happened in Tu'Lds stays in Tu'Lds"
because what i just wrote isn't enough to describe those 48hours

The power of the chronicle "Am alive"

I don't know from where should I start , i'm field with extraordinary feelings .
Well the 26th of march was the Opening of LC SFAX's Pbox (project based on exchange) called Am alive
"in brief it  is a social network designed for people with special needs in Tunisia.
This AIESEC Sfax project is aimed at parents, grandparents, siblings, aunt/uncles, teachers and friends of people who have special needs and those living with special needs themselves. we aim to help needy and handicapped people in order to make them forget about their disabilities "

two weeks of hard work  and despite some issues,  i love the work with my team and i'm really proud of them and of all the members of AIESEC SFAX , spending days and nights working on it , planing , contacting important people ... looking for people interested in our Project , aiming for a better society in which handicapped people will be equal to normal people ... and this ceremony was the fruit of our hard work . we are grateful to AIESEC the Amazing association that gave us the chance to work on such a project to be change agents ... THANK YOU AIESEC .

We were honored by the presence of the  National committee .

People from diffrent ages and area of work and experience gathered to share this event with us . i'm really grateful to the persons who supported us whether financially or morally to make Our  Opening ceremony happens in  great circumstances .

the speakers in our Opening ceremony were Mme Elizeth Lima called Zaza lima and Mme Olfa sallemi , they talked about how we should act with those needy people , how people are treating them now and how they should treat them from now on , speeches full of emotions and wisdom at the same time .
